I just have one question. This thread is huge and has covered a lot of topics.

The one that stands out most to me is that, yet again, the NW folks (I'm referring to those of us who are used to certain things that NW gave us) will be losing perks on or about October 1 when everything is moved over to Deltamatic.

Has DL or NW confirmed they will clearly communicate to us, in advance, all of the features we'll be losing? Sure, a timeline of when they'll come back would be awesome but I'm not going to hold out hope for that. However, having a list of exactly what we'll lose ahead of time should keep most people on this board calm.

So far I know NW Elites will be losing the following after the transition to Deltamatic:
1. Phantom Upgrades go away; and have been discussed to come back in the future.
2. PE/GE upgrades on award tickets go away; and should be brought back for DL/NW PE/GE in the future.

What else are we losing? And, again, will this be clearly communicated in one concise email?

If DL/NW attempts to make this change without a heads up of the details I envision this board going crazy. Just a hunch
