I'll have a look on my next Band 4 CE and report back. I think I'll feel a bit short changed again (due to lack of sausage).

Again speaking from memory here, but one of the Band 4 routes doesn't provide a bread plate - the bread needs to sit on the tray. I've always wondered why that is, because it seems a bit odd. However, a nice glass jar of jam and usually President butter is provided.
