I presume the full English breakfast is practically the same in all bands. That pic was taken on an LHR-CDG in January IIRC.
Band 3 and 4 comes on a full size tray, whereas Band 1/2 comes on a 2/3 size tray. The larger tray allows for a seperate bread plate and preserves (huzzah!)
One thing to mention - the orange juice cuplets have a built-in explosive charge, which needs to be disabled before opening is attempted.
