"Gaming' to Me; means doing nothing against any Rules or T&Cs and getting the most out of something. So if I booked the last flight of the day cause it was the cheapest and really wanted to fly out on the 1st flight of the day but that would have meant paying more then what my flight was , Id call that Gaming the system since I wouldnt be doing anything against the Rules. yet i would understand I might in teh end be stuck at the airport all day if I wasnt able to get onto an earlier flight on a SBY basis

'Shenaigans' can also be done in a perfectly legal way, but seems to imply that somehow you are Up to no good or doing something that one shouldnt be doing. thusly if a GA pulled something that was within the rules and you lost an Upgrade that would be Gaming the system, if the GA didnt stay with the Rules then Id call it Shenaigans if it wasnt allowed to be done.
