The FA working Business Class on my flight from Santo Domingo yesterday knew all about our group. I said, well there was a group testing the BE inflight product, but we were doing other things. He knew all about it...the OCC tour, fire stations, RWT, etc...he was most impressed and was so glad to know we cared so much. I thought it was neat that word has gotten around so quickly and that it was positive!

Several of you have asked me if you could use your, “
A Job Well Done” certificates, to thank the employees that we had the pleasure of meeting during our three days at the event. I think it is an outstanding suggestion. A JOB WELL DONE, epitomizes so many employees we encountered during our three day visit. I personally wish that I had an entire stack of them to pass out. I am trying to determine logistically how we could do that… so you know me, I am working on it, stay tuned…
