That's exactly option on xxxedia.com that I'm missing. For some reason they don't give 6:00am SFO-ORD MD flight as an option, however this one normally is less loaded that 9:45am 763.

Neither IB, nor AA.com are showing this connection (on the way back DME-MAD-BOS-SFO) at the price even close to this- so only xxxpedia sees it.

Since baggage is important for this particular travel- I prefer to wait for better options/prices.
