Haha, "cooked properly" was in reference to HIDDY Bangergate.

Seriously though, this just goes to show the changes in service between different airports. I did a Band 4 flight from LGW and it was exactly the same as domestic morning breakfast, except i got a totally squished croissant, a few slices of fruit and later some macademia nuts.
I've just remembered, at the outpost in Band 4 that doesn't dish out sausages (cooked or under-cooked), they did give us yoghurt with bits of muesli (which was quite decent).

But the tomato was, I'm quite sure, a peeled roma tomato and not 'fried' and the scrambled egg looked much more artificial than the one in Genuius1's photo. Also I think they just give out two or three little mushrooms - not exactly a lot!
