The only reason not to say, that I don't think it will make it is that I'll arrive with SFO-ORD at 9:45 and it is 763 wide-body aircraft which arrives to wide-body aircraft concourse at ORD, and IB is also wide-body aircraft, which is 340- so in theory they stay close each to other.
Your SFO-ORD flight should be arriving at the end of either H or K concourse. Its current arrival schedule seems to be H15. The MAD flight seems to be departing from the end of the K concourse. As such, your bags wont have to travel far to make the flight, but you will have a bit of a walk from the end of the H concourse to the end of the K concourse.
