I have a good reason do doubt it, because AA concourse at ORD is huge
The only reason not to say, that I don't think it will make it is that I'll arrive with SFO-ORD at 9:45 and it is 763 wide-body aircraft which arrives to wide-body aircraft concourse at ORD, and IB is also wide-body aircraft, which is 340- so in theory they stay close each to other.
