The Website does not provide much in terms of details other than an estimated opening date of 2011. Anyone have any idea where in the Margaret River Region the resort will be located?

WA is long past due for a high end resort (no, Bunker Bay is not high end!) and I can't wait to check it out soon after it opens
I don't know where they will be located. But actually there are quite a few high end resorts in the area. Here is just a selection:

The Empire Retreat is a a very private, high end retreat very close to Yallingup. Very private Pavilions are scattered throughout the extensive grounds. The property is adults only. A really great place to visit and one of my favourites. Their signature is a really personalized service. To me it is more a luxury B&B and not really a resort. High end luxury at a small scale.

The Moondance lodge is more of a resort but it lacks the personal and private touches of Empire. Nevertheless, the Pavilions are nice with views across the valley. This place is quite family friendly.

And finally, the Cape Lodge. Part of the SLH Marketing group, this is the most organized of the resorts. It is a proper hotel with all the amenities one would expect. It also doesn't cater for Children but they can be brought to the hotel.

Granted, none of them is a 50 room Aman resort. No Aman Vino in WA. But there are quite a number of high end resorts which are all significantly above Bunker Bay.
