Without a doubt, one of the best out there is the Starwood Amex Card. Even if you don't stay at Starwood's, with your level of spending you would easily earn SPG Gold status and enough points for a very nice vacation at one of their premier resorts/hotels. From a value perspective, I would say I get about a 5-8% "return on spend" (i.e. for every $1 I spend on the Starwood card, I get back about 5 to 8 cents in value on redemption).
