The saga continues...
Not sure if anyone's inerested, but I made a booking on the phone here in Aus and had the itinerary sorted - even a costing was completed. I felt quite pleased with progress, thinking that all I had to do was request the booking be sent to Seoul. Called this morning and was told quite abruptly that the booking would need to be cancelled and the process started again by the Seoul office. I am sure others have mentioned organising the booking locally then having it sent to the office where it is to be purchased.
Back to the drawing board.
