So I just flew on 1060, the SEA-ATL redeye and I think I was having the same problems. I thought I might end up with the BE config 767 but it was a standard domestic 763 config. On the seatmap it was listed as a 767-400 though, which is where my confusion came from.

I think the config I ended up having was 4 rows, 6 across for 24 FC seats.

This might be worthwhile reporting to DL.com as a bug, obviously something is causing it to load incorrectly.
