I am loyal to my airline for completely selfish reasons. I am typically a cheap ticket guy who on occasion (this week actually) will pay for FC if it is a good deal and will often (6-8 times a year) buy an expensive Y int fare IF I can upgrade it. That said I fly 150k+ so from a top line standpoint I think I am a good customer and on occasion a pretty profitable on (as opposed to slightly profitable most of the time).
