Makes some sense to me. No doubt LCC scored lowest because, for some time, they were even charging for soft drinks.
Of course, the question is whether greater "satisfaction" results in the willingness to pay higher fares for the additional amenities.
I would actually argue that "perceived value" would rank higher than "free stuff." ("Perceived" being the operative word.
