Are there premium economy seats that offer extra width? I thought most just offered extra pitch.

Let's face it, most people don't need extra legroom. They need extra width so they won't have to touch their neighbor of fight with him over the armrest. Any premium economy service which offered this would empty the business cabin pretty quickly.
