The article shows what's wrong with business today -- interested only in a quick hit and not growing a customer base.
Think of it this way: even if you got a good deal on the seats, would the airline have sold them if they were more expensive? After all, they weren't sold, were they?
That said, I suspect most of us fall in the middle group.
