Do this even if all rates are equal. Ex.: Sacramento for this coming 7/3 shows 3 identical rates: AAA Promo, AAA Discount, and AAA Getaway. But the Getaway rate includes 2 B/F and comp self-park; no need for BREAKF code. Also pays to try dropping the rate code, too. Adding BREAKF to above Sacto example will show only AAA Promo w/B/F at same rate, but Getaway rate is then not shown in results (so you'd miss the free parking opp.)

I usually try with and w/o codes, and w-and-w/o AAA dropdown to see what comes up. Sometimes better rates/pkg appear only w/o codes or AAA. I also check the hotel's local website, under "(Hyatt) Special Offers" for local pkg/specials that sometime beat the rates when all things factored in, as other posters mentioned.

If RC is closed, and I've booked BREAKF, sometimes we end up with 4 B/F certs, 2 AAA & 2 Dia RC. Usually, we eat 2, and after checkout on way out, trade in other 2 for couple coffees/drinks to-go.
