as you have a dedicated security line for biz class travellers, and also dedicated check-in area (make sure you go to that one, and not the regular one) --- you can arrive even 1.5 hours before the flight. the security/checkin will take 10 minutes or so. then you only have to do the xray and passport control (if holding a foreign passport there could be a line).
but if you do not know the TLV airport, or want to have time in the duty free shops / King david lounge, you can come earlier.
I have been there in TLV years ago. Because security isn't good enough to being screened our bags through CTX machines. Because we are wait more than 30 minutes where another passengers are searching the bags another areas. It wasn't good enough for me at all. We need to get clear at security from secondary screening. We walked to the ticket counter where we prior check-in counter to get print out the BP & baggage tags, too. Then we walked to security to get clear at checkpoint and then, we walked over there at Passport controls to be checking.
Security need to be stepped it up to do right time to be improving better aviation security. I knows security aren't bad enough at all. When our bags is cleared and not to put into the secondary screening. Because LY security are taking own responsibilities to be secure the passengers and the crew, too. I didn't like it the security in TLV. Because it took too long time wait for our bags to be cleared from CTX machines.
