Just tried to get the profile bonus for this quarter (July 1-Sept. 30) for my son and nothing happened. I know it worked for me back in July so what's changed? I went through the usual URL to his profile, changed his phone number, saved it and nothing happened--no popup or any sign of life at all so I logged off and went back in. No change in amount of points. What am I doing wrong? I think I liked it better when you just clicked through at the top of the page. I would like to get him the points before the quarter ends so any suggestions would be appreciated. Please use very simple directions. You know, try not to use too many sylables. It's getting late and I'm a senior citizen now so the mind doesn't work well when it's tired.
