Problems with Hilton fax system
My HHonors account has my residential address in India as my primary address, but also has addresses in Canada and the USA. My primary fax number is a Canadian fax number where I am currently located.
Unfortunately, for some reason Hilton's system is unable to send me a fax to the Canadian number as long as I have an Indian address in my profile. I have gone through this charade about 15 seperate times with assorted Hilton representatives until they finally get Customer Service to manually fax me the documents I need.
Has anyone else had a similar problem with having different countries in your profile for address and fax numbers? If so, did you manage to resolve the situation or do you have to bust your head everytime you need something faxed?
