The best I can offer you is two free complimentary coupons for drinks on Continental Airlines.

I got these when I tried to catch my so-called confirmed flights from Newark to Guam on AC miles a couple of years ago. I was stranded in Newark for a day until AC sorted the mess out with CO.

I'm not serious about the swap - but I do wonder why you would prefer CO?
