No, up until the morning of the flight the seat next to me in E+ was empty and I like to be able to move the arm rest. I was holding out with hope of things staying that way. Unfortunately, by the time I checked in, all seats in E- and E+ were full and no chance for re-seating. In fact, agent claimed the flight was oversold and they would be asking for volunteers to bump. Couldn't even get an Op-Up as Y and F also completely full- extraordinary!
