My purchases from Barnes & Noble and drugstore.com on 5/10 posted like clockwork. BUT the purchase from Borders on the same day did not...Looks like I will have to run this down...I may just walk into the company's HQ two miles away from my house & throw a fit or write a letter to the local newspaper about it
