Seat Change without notification
Quite by chance on logging on to my EC account, I've discovered that the seats that I had selected for my upcoming MRU LHR flight in CW (2J and 2K) have been changed. I have received no notification of this and the newly attributed seats are on opposite sides of the cabin from each other (10B and 10J) so they have effectively split my wife and I up for the 11 hours flight. I have access to the seat maps still and everything appears fairly open still including the 2 original seats I had chosen but when I try to change the seats back (or indeed to anywhere else) I get a message telling me that BA cannot change my seats for the moment.
This is a full price CW ticket.... What's going on?
