I think that SQ F food is a triumph of style over substance, easily eclipsed by TG F. But IMO, QF F consistently has the best food.

That separate lounge to which you refer in SIN is open to any SQ F pax who has a paid fare, as opposed to FF qualifiers or redemption tickets, so not just SQ suites.
