What if there isn't a hyphen but they merge middle/last names?

Eg. travel agent just booked an itinerary for me on Continental to Bogota:
Came out as: MR FIRST MIDDLELAST

though on my itin receipt it does have MIDDLE LAST/MR FIRST

So of course if I put in my FF # it decides it doesn't want to match.
