I have just cancelled a ticket I made yesterday, got full refund, well thats what the "lovely" lady told me in India!

Due to the website retaining the last search, I made a reservation BHD-LHR-BHD instead of the otherway round.

Had I have not realized the cancellation cooling off period, it would have cost me a further 60 pound "change fee".
