Hi Sallyoh,
I was told when I tried to book the suite upgrade not only for one but for all 3 nights of my stay (night 1 and 3 are paid with stay certs) that it wouldn`t be possible.So I`ve booked the suite for the paid night,which is the 2nd of my stay.As most concierges at Hyatt hotels are very nice people,I hope that they`ll give me the suite for the 1st and 3rd night,too.But I`ll know not earlier than at check in.
