It doesn't mean anything of the kind. A week or so ago, I ran into similar problems signing in. I phoned Customer Service and learned that they were doing some sort of updates to their computer system, and that even the CSR himself would not be able to make a reservation at that moment. He recommended waiting a couple of hours and then trying again. I did, and was able to login.

There should probably be one single master thread on this forum on transitory website problems, since these things do tend to occur from time to time.
