The expander has never worked quite right - it won't hold in the un-expanded position. So I want to send it in for warranty service. The address is in the warranty materials, which I retained.
But Andiamo (Paragon/Pathfinder) never - and I repeat NEVER - answers the phone or replies to any emails! I want to ask how long a repair will take, I am loathe to send this bag off into never-never land to a company that won't answer the phone or reply to messages.
Has anyone ever had any luck with Andiamo warranty repairs?
Does Paragon/Pathfinder make Andiamo? Its luggage looked very well-made, rather indestructable if heavy to me at the stores... I'd e-mailed P/P before and they were responsive.
