How does an Airline collect revenue?
Suppose I am flying the following flights

Karachi-Dubai Emirates
Dubai-Heathrow British Airways operated by AA coded
Heathrow - New York Virgin Atlantic

Fare Basis: VS Y fare

Ticket Issued by: Cathay Pacific

Presumably I would give my money to CX. How would cx then decide who gets what revenue?
