Well that is a stretch of the imagination IMO.
The number one problem with all "lie flats" seats is cushioning. AA provides extra cushioning (duvet). The only thing that QF provides is a thin blanket to attempt to use as a mattress. In desparation after the 9th or so hour on the flight I tried laying atop my pillow. Because of its size it only partially worked
The good thing was it was an op up from y. Since it was a flight home it was possible to get into my hot tub shortly after arrival to ease the aches and pains accumulated on the flight.
After a similar length flight in NGBC there are nowhere as many aches and pains.
