It happened to me at the Tysons Corner CY about 2 months ago. At first, they claimed it was for a no show on a second ressie for the same week, but I knew that was wrong. After a lot of complaining, they found the card was used for someone else's stay as well as mine for the same week. Eventually got a credit back on the card.
