I've upgraded B fares domestically but never internationally. When I've done it domestically I've just clicked the upgrade button and all is done. But are the rules different internationally? If you buy a B fare are you just first in line for an upgrade unless you pay the fees?
Any help understanding this would be appreciated!
B fares to Southern South America (Brazil and Argentina) are not eligible for upgrades (referred to here as Bups) because it is a Business First cabin. Anywhere with a BF cabin will not have the B/Y ups, nor EUAs.
