They may have changed the T&C's since then. I remember commenting on a very similar thread a while back and vaguely remember them saying something about 'economy saver fares' and perhaps sale fares.

If you have a look through my posting history you might find the relevent thread. If I find it first I will post a link. archive.org might have something as well.

If you can remember the date you did the booking then cross reference www.archive.org to find the T&C's that were in force when you did the booking and see if you should have qualified for a refund.
