J however is a different story. The QF J SkyBed IMO is far better than AA's NGBC - and so is their J amenity kit.
AA doesn't fly to Australia, so I don't see the comparison.
If you really don't like the light and you are in Y, perhaps investing in an eye mask, and perhaps ear plugs, might be a worthy investment.
