Amazing! The last time I was there (less than a month ago) the signs at T3 Fast Track stipulated nothing at all. I didn't even know whether or not my IB J-class ticket allowed me to use Fast Track or whether only certain airlines were eligible and I needed a T4-style sticker on my BP. I asked the goon at the entrance to Fast Track and she had no clue. A sign saying who was eligible to use it would have been most helpful.
