Thanks for all your comments, I truly appreciate them. I have heard about the new recline thing, but how good are they? I am around 175cm tall, will I feel anything uncomfortable?

I don't mind about onboard luggage either.. I am in SFO to travel for leisure, so I will check in almost all my luggage anyway.

I can't seem to find info related to emergency exit rows - do any of them require an extra fee? If so, how much? What about general legroom? Any significant difference?

Sorry for all the questions. It is my first time to fly both of them, and I heard both of them are 5 star airlines. Thanks for the note on terminology too =)
