My trip report on the LHR Term 4 Hilton? Real simple, never again. I stayed there 2 nights, seperated by a week. Both times I was given a downgraded room, no ammenity, no apology, no nothing. I realize I'm a mere Gold VIP, but really.

The only positives were; convenience to Term 4 and the Zen restaurant.
