That's not my beef. Being squeezed beside an equaly uncomfortable seat mate is my main beef (small seats, reduced seat pitch), followed very closely by the abnormally high delay and cancellation rate - regardless of who's blame for it, as a pax the end result is the same. (two weeks ago I sat on one at my departure airport for 3 hours waiting for ATC clearance). Let's add in uncomfortable seats and many times having to walk in the rain to board (not all airports have covered tunnels or jetways to the plane). How about minimal or no in-flight service?
Should I continue...?

EDIT - Even with the newer CRJ900 that do have a First Class cabin, I still try to avoid them when ever I can get on a mainline A/C.
