I registered a personal and a business FlexPerks card for the bonus miles offer. The bonus points for the personal card (10k pts) later appeared in my account but not the 15,000 pts for the business card.
I emailed USBank and their response was that the business card was never registered for the promotion. They said they would register it for the promo and I'll get the points next month.
Just want to give everyone a heads-up to check for those points and contact USBank if you don't get them. It's possible that this was user error but I did make a note to myself on the printed offer that I registered for it on 5/26. I normally don't make those notations unless I see a confirmation onscreen.
Same experience, really rude CS agent, so I called back and cancelled business card. Never switched to another agent, no begging or offers to retain, just let me cancel. Hard to believe with all the expence US Bank paid to keep cardholers, they just let me go.
