Just amazing that these properties continue to fly the SHERATON flag and use the branding months or years after the contract with Starwood was dead. I can only imagine this sort of stuff keeps your legal dept hopping.
They are not a Sheraton casino and hotel and the legal department is aware of the situation, so I would not lose any sleep over it if they aren't.
I'm certain that the Sheraton name will be removed eventually. Certainly, the Sheraton logo has been already, and I don't think you will find any Sheraton brand flags flying over the building either.
