We're delighted to announce more exciting changes which will allow you greater flexibility when you use your BA Miles to upgrade*.

As you may know from our previous emails, we're making a range of improvements to the Executive Club. These enhancements are in response to feedback from members like yourself.

Use BA Miles for last-minute upgrades

You might like to upgrade to another cabin where you can treat yourself to a flat bed, or an extra-special meal. To do so, simply use "Manage my Booking" on ba.com, or contact your Executive Club Service Centre prior to check-in**.

Upgrade mid-journey

Now you can change your mind, and your cabin, half-way through your trip. If you'd like to upgrade your return journey with BA Miles, simply go onto Manage my Booking or call 800-325-4504.
