I think the only way Fair Trading would be interested is if someone was able to register and then was told they were ineligible, as happened with the now rather famous (or is it infamous?) Amex promo.
The SPG webpage will not allow you to register. I can't recall any company in Australia having a problem solely because their promo was targeted.
