I actually booked back to back tickets completely unaware this was against the CoC. Reason for doing so is the outer tickers are company and the inner one is personal. I didn't check any of this at the time of booking which was over a week ago. Both tickets are ticketed in my reservations. Even if detected, your explanation might be sufficient for just a warning: don't do it again.
If you are concerned, removing your FF number from one of the reservations would significantly reduce the chance of the nested flights being detected.
