Ah, yes. So it did happen to others too.

Our mutual account was infiltrated by the profile information and stays of someone else in late 2000. It was very unsettling and quite a headache for the HHonors staff to sort out. They did let us remain Diamond for the rest of the year and we liked it so much we have earned Diamond status ever since.

767-322ETOPS, I agree and wouldn't be surprised if it was associated with the "Passport" stuff (even though I never trusted it and we didn't participate).
