Yes.
This flight usually will overfly KGEG (Spokane) and then proceed straight across WA State. Sometimes it goes as far north as Everett but most of the time it turns SW before getting to Everett. Then depending on whether the 34's or the 16's are in use for landing the plane will either fly just to the east of downtown SEA and land to the South or it will fly just east of Bellevue, go down south and then turn around (to the right) to land to the North. Rainier will be on your left. If you are landing to the North you will get closer to Rainier before landing.
If it's clear enough to see Rainier during flight then it will be clear enough to see it from Seattle.
My personal preference is to fly on the side of the plane not closest to the sun. So eastbound it's "A" and westbound it's "D" (first class, of course

).
