My wife and I are booked in F in July on a 777 from YYZ to LHR. Our return is in F on a 777 also.

On BA.COM it states that carrycots are available on 777’s in F. I called You First and was advised carrycots are not available on our particular flights. The agent at Youfirst was exceptionally helpful.

Is this correct/possible? Or is it the particular aircraft in use?

We have the bulkheads on both flights.

We tried changing to 747 in F where an infant seats (apparently different than a “carrycot”) are available, but the bulkheads are booked so moot point.

Any advice would be appreciated.
