Was there a couple of months ago. Saw alot of Chargers, malibus, and mini-vans.

Reserved a standard SUV, only thing that was available was a Highlander, which I don't mind.... but they had it parked at the other end of the lot and were un-willing to move it up for me. I don't mind walking, but when I have 4 bags with me including a 65lb tool case... sometimes I just don't feel like walking that far. The lady at the counter informed me that there was a small crack on the windshield, apparently her definition of small is a 2ft crack. I called her about an exchange and asked about one of the 4 Durangos on the lot, she then informed me that they weren't hers and she didn't know where they came from. You figure if you had 4 Durangos parked in your lot... you should know who they belong to. I ended up driving to Harlingen (45min) to get a replacement SUV, got an X-Terra instead.

Bottom line... MFE cust service is pretty bad, especially for being an EE
